Holidays in safety


At the Hotel Centrale, we have made important decisions regarding health and hygiene to ensure that your holiday is as pleasant and safe as ever.
Here is a small vademecum with all the news that you will find to welcome you in the hotel, the changes we have made and the small precautions that we ask you to observe during your stay.

During your stay at the hotel, we ask that you take care to maintain the required interpersonal distanceby other guests and our staff. To help you, there are practical plexiglass divider panels at the reception and bar.
Also remember to wear your mask, in the common areas of the hotel: our staff is also equipped with them!
We would prefer to do the online check-in. Send us via email or whatsapp the photos of the documents of all the occupants of the room. If you have any questions about how to do this, please contact us prior to your arrival, we will be happy to explain how we will perform the registration.
In addition, to help you easily follow the guidelines provided at the hotel, we will also give you a useful information brochure.
To allow you to sanitize your hands as often as you need to, we have installed hand sanitizers. columns with alcohol-based gel in front of the hotel entrances, common areas, restaurant, breakfast room, elevators, on each floor. Even the areas reserved for staff and external suppliers are equipped with these devices to safeguard the health of all.
In addition, we have included special signage with the behaviours to respect for a correct stay in the hotel and to indicate the entrance and exit routes of the common areas. If you have any doubts ask a member of our staff: we are prepared and happy to help you.
We care about your health: we will frequently clean the common areas with suitable detergents and in compliance with the hygiene and sanitation operating sheets.
The rooms of the Hotel Centrale Miramare are ready to welcome you in total safety: we have always followed a strict hygiene protocol.
We have detailed operation sheets that we hand out to our service women.
In addition, upon request you can have all your meals in your room.
You'll have even more space and comfort at the table: we've applied the planned spacing of at least one meter between tables.. And upon your arrival you will be assigned a table for your main meals that you will keep for the duration of your stay.
Depending on the flow of guests, we may decide to quota the entrances and create two shifts. Usually lunch will be served at 13.00 and dinner at 19:30, if there is a need for two services, the times two shifts will be 12.00 and 13.00 for lunch, while 19.30 and 20:30 for dinner.
All meals will be served comfortably at your tableand properly cleaned and sanitized after each guest change.
For breakfast, you will have to go, as always, to the breakfast room on the sixth panoramic floor of the hotel. You can choose what to eat from a protected buffet, a member of our staff will fill your plate with the delicacies you requested.
At lunch and dinner you will have a menu with two choices of meat and fish with the possibility of variations. This year, we will serve you side dishes and vegetables directly from the buffet. Alternatively, you can eat all your meals comfortably in your room or ask for the lunchbox consisting of sandwiches, fruit and water to be enjoyed even under the umbrella!
At the Hotel Centrale Miramare we make every effort to ensure that your holiday is also fun: that's why we won't give up on either thesunday aperitifnor to our romaine evening. The only difference from past years will be that they will take place with table service.
In our partner beach you will have even more space and privacy because each umbrella will be adequately spaced from each other, as well as platforms and the equipment sanitation will comply with the directives of the regulations in force.
Just remember mask to access the bar or the restaurant.
What's more, you can take advantage of this year's brand new feature, namely sitting comfortably under the parasol our packed lunch with a travel basket including sandwiches, fruit and water!
And your children can have fun on the beach as every year thanks to the playground fenced in where theaccess will be restricted for a maximum of 15 to 20 children at a time.
If, on the other hand, you are a sportsman or if you love to train on the beach: don't worry, you can do it freely and in total safety because all the equipment will be sanitized.
If you have decided to book a holiday at the Hotel Centrale Miramare, you can do so without any worries: if you are unable to come and communicate your cancellation no later than 14 days before arrival, we will refund the entire deposit paid with a voucher (which can also be transferable) and which you can also use for the summer 2022. In case of communication between 13 and 7 days we will keep 30% of the deposit amount and only the remaining amount will be converted into a voucher. Between 6 and 2 days we will retain 50% of the deposit and only the remaining amount will be converted to vouchers. In case of No Show we will keep 100% of the deposit. The Hotel Centrale Miramare is committed to guaranteeing you the same professionalism and the same smile, even if hidden by the mask, of the past years: you will spend a different holiday, but no less pleasant, relaxing and safe.
