At the Hotel Centrale, we have made important decisions regarding health and hygiene to ensure that your holiday is as pleasant and safe as ever.
Here is a small vademecum with all the news that you will find to welcome you in the hotel, the changes we have made and the small precautions that we ask you to observe during your stay.
During your stay at the hotel, we ask that you take care to maintain the required interpersonal distanceboth by other guests and by our staff.

To allow you to sanitize your hands as often as you need to, we have installed hand sanitizers. columns with alcohol-based gel in front of the hotel entrances, common areas, restaurant, breakfast room, elevators, on each floor. Even the areas reserved for staff and external suppliers are equipped with these devices to safeguard the health of all.
We care about your health: we will frequently clean the common areas with suitable detergents and in compliance with the hygiene and sanitation operating sheets.

The rooms of the Hotel Centrale Miramare are ready to welcome you in total safety: we have always followed a strict hygiene protocol.

You'll have even more space and comfort at the table: we've applied the planned spacing of at least one meter between tables.. And upon your arrival you will be assigned a table for your main meals that you will keep for the duration of your stay.
Depending on the flow of guests, we may decide to quota the entrances and create two shifts. Usually lunch will be served at 13.00 and dinner at 19:30, if there is a need for two services, the times two shifts will be 12.00 and 13.00 for lunch, while 19.30 and 20:30 for dinner.
All meals will be served comfortably at your tableand properly cleaned and sanitized after each guest change.
As always, you can have breakfast in the breakfast room on the sixth floor with panoramic views. You can choose what to eat from the buffet, and a member of our staff will fill your plate with the delicacies you have requested.
For lunch and dinner, you can choose from a two-choice menu of meat and fish with variations. Alternatively, you can request the lunchbox consisting of sandwiches, fruit and water to be enjoyed even under the umbrella!

At the Hotel Centrale Miramare we make every effort to ensure that your holiday is also fun: that's why we won't give up on either thesunday aperitifnor to our romaine evening. The only difference from past years will be that they will take place with table service.
If you have decided to book a holiday at the Hotel Centrale Miramare you can do so without any worries: if you are unable to come and you communicate the cancellation no later than 14 days before arrivalwe will refund your deposit in full with a voucher (which can also be transferable) and which you can also use for the summer of 2022. In case of communication between 13 and 7 days We will retain 30% of the deposit amount and only the remaining amount will be converted to vouchers for you. Between 6 and 2 days We will retain 50% of the deposit and only the remaining amount will be converted to vouchers. In case of late cancellation or no show (No Show) we will retain 100% of the deposit paid. In case of jumpstart the deposit will be retained in full. If the amount of the reservation is higher than the deposit, 3 nights only will be charged. The Hotel Centrale Miramare is committed to guaranteeing you the same professionalism and the same smile, albeit hidden by the mask, as in past years: you will spend a different holiday, but no less pleasant, relaxing and safe.
