Where can I park my car?
We have two parking spaces available:
- inside the facility, fenced, video guarded 24 hours a day and guaranteed for your entire stay but not guarded, at a rate of 12€ per day per car, bookable subject to availability
- about 100 metres from the hotel, fenced but unattended at a rate of €5 per day per car.

How far is the hotel from the beach?
20 metres. Maybe even less. We also have an agreement with the adjacent beach, number 144. For information on price lists, please contact us.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 12 noon, and check-out must be done by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Want some advice? Arrive early in the morning with a bag ready to go to the beach (you can easily leave your bags in the car or in the lobby), so that you can change directly on the beach and not miss a single hour at the beach. On your return, your room will be fresh and clean, just for you.

Is late check-out possible?
Yes, it is possible, but only on request and subject to room availability. The request always requires confirmation from the hotel staff.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of booking?
Yes, almost all rates require a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking.
Do you have a space to park your bicycles?
Yes, we have a room where you can store your bikes. There is also an electrical outlet where you can recharge them. This room is locked during the night.
Can I smoke on the balcony of my room?
Yes, smoking is permitted in open spaces. It is not permitted in indoor spaces, without exception. There are smoke detectors installed throughout the hotel for the safety of guests and staff. Anyone who intentionally or maliciously tampers with, damages, breaks or removes any smoke detectors is liable for an offence. Anyone who wilfully causes a false fire alarm is guilty of an offence.
Do you have cots available?
If you have indicated in your booking that you require a baby cot, it will be available in your room upon arrival. However, we ask you to write a note in your booking or contact us to reserve it as cots are subject to limited availability.
Can I bring my four-legged friend?
Animals are great travellers and are always welcome in our hotel. Out of respect for other hotel guests, we ask for the cooperation of pet owners, who are asked to accompany their pets on a leash. Our faithful friends are not allowed in the dining room and breakfast room, with no exceptions of size or breed. In the case of medium or large animals, we ask you to contact us in advance so that we can best organise the reception. We reserve the right to assess each case. The owner is liable in the event of damage to property and/or persons.
How are you organised for lunch and dinner?
The menu is by choice and, for the best organisation of the preparation of the fresh produce we use every day, favourite dishes should be reserved the day before. Each meal includes two starters, two first courses and two main courses, with an additional dessert of the day, sorbet, ice cream or fruit. The menu, both meat and fish, varies daily. There are four fixed, simple options for children: pasta with meat sauce, tomato sauce, plain or butter. Every Sunday we serve a special cake prepared by our chef, and on Wednesday evenings we prepare the Romagna doughnut. Friday is also a special day: at lunch we serve sorbet (fantastic after the fritto misto) while in the evening we prepare (with lots of love) our special Tiramisu. Lunch and dinner are included in the half-board or full-board treatment. Meals not taken at the hotel are not reimbursed.
May I ask for the picnic basket?
When the guest is on an excursion, trip or other activity that keeps him/her away from the hotel, he/she may request the hamper one day in advance. The hamper replaces the meal not consumed at the hotel.
Are you organised for special dietary needs?
In the event of allergies or intolerances to products or foods, we ask you to notify us in advance so that we can offer the best possible solution.
Do you have gluten-free products for coeliacs?
For lunch and dinner we do not yet have a dedicated kitchen, but we do have specific gluten-free products. We ask you to report any intolerances in advance.
I am a vegetarian, do you have dishes suitable for me too?
Yes, we ask the courtesy to let us know a day in advance so that we can organise the kitchen.
What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the panoramic room on the top floor; lunch is served in the restaurant room on the mezzanine floor from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (arrive by 2:00 p.m.), while dinner is always served in the restaurant room on the mezzanine floor from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (arrive by 8:30 p.m.).
What if I wanted to have breakfast after 10 a.m.?
It is also possible to have breakfast after the scheduled time, but no longer in the panorama room and buffet, but only at the lobby bar. The choice of products available will, however, be limited.
We would like to arrive early in the morning, can we take lunch?
Yes, this is possible. In the case of arrival after lunch, it is possible to retrieve it on the day of departure (subject to availability of the restaurant room), but the room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.; we have luggage storage for late check-out until 6:00 p.m.
What facilities are there in the room?
All our rooms are equipped with private bathroom, 32" TV, hairdryer, telephone with outside line and air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi connection and balcony with chairs
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, it is free. However, it is not active in the restaurant to increase the sense of conviviality and sociability at the table.
What are the modalities for sending the deposit?
You can send the deposit by bank transfer and receipt of payment confirmation online with immediate confirmation of the transaction. At the moment we do not accept credit cards to guarantee the reservation.
How do I pay for my stay?
For payment of the stay we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American express, Maestro, Postepay and debit cards; for bank transfers we ask for the balance on arrival.
What are the times to pay for the stay?
The hotel reception is open from 8:00 to 21:00.
Can I go in and out of the hotel whenever I like?
Of course, the hotel is open 24 hours a day; there is a night concierge service in the evenings. It is advisable to leave your room keys at reception to avoid losing them.
Do you organise tours and excursions?
No, we do not organise them, but we will point out the most interesting ones for you to do. We recommend you visit the excursions and what to do in Rimini page on this site.
Should I bring my beach towel?
We recommend that all guests bring their own beach towel from home. In case you don't have it or forget it, there are many shops near the hotel where you can buy it.
What if I have to leave early?
In case of early departure, we require payment (as a penalty) of only three nights.
Is there a fridge in the room?
A refrigerator is available on request and at an extra charge of € 7.00 per day. We do, however, offer the possibility of free use of the guest fridge at the bar, where you will find our staff.

Cancellation policies
You can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days, excluding the day of arrival. We will refund your deposit in full with a voucher (which can also be transferred) that you can use by September this year. In the event of late cancellation within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, or non-arrival, we will retain the amount of the deposit as a penalty. In the event of early departure, the deposit will be retained. If the booking amount is higher than the deposit, 3 nights' accommodation only will also be charged
